Inferno Mat Pilates Flow

Ignite your core, sculpt your body, and move to the rhythm in this high-energy fusion of yoga and hot mat Pilates.

Set in our heated infrared studio, this music-driven class blends intentional movement with powerful beats to challenge your muscles and elevate your sweat. You’ll begin with a dynamic yoga warm-up, transition into core-focused Pilates, push through a burst of cardio, and finish with deep stretching and a calming cool down.

Expect to boost strength, flexibility, circulation, and detoxification—all in one transformative session. Yoga balls are provided; ankle weights are optional (available to bring or purchase in-studio).
