The lighting throughout the studio is equipped with bacteria-killing technology, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Our bathrooms and changing rooms are not just functional, but beautifully designed, providing a tranquil space equipped with showers and resort-style amenities to enhance your experience.
Yoga Etiquette at Namaste Yoga
To ensure a harmonious experience for all, we follow simple yoga etiquette based on the golden rule: treat others as you would like to be treated. We strive to create a supportive and respectful environment, so we ask that you
Late arrivals will not be permitted, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your class to allow yourself to acclimate to the environment.
Maintain a quiet demeanor within the yoga room to preserve the peaceful atmosphere.
Please do not disrupt others by leaving during Savasana (the final resting pose in class)
Opt to rent a towel or yoga mat from us if you didn’t bring your own, ensuring you always have the necessary equipment.
Leave cell phones outside the studio space and ensure wearable technology is silenced and non-disruptive.
Shoes must be stored in the cubbies or lockers provided and are not allowed in the studio

Tips for Your First Visit
To make the most of your time at Namaste Yoga, here are a few things to keep in mind:
Hydrate Well: Start hydrating at least a few hours before class. Consider adding electrolytes to your water to maintain balance.
Eat Lightly: Have a small, nutritious snack 1-2 hours before class to keep your energy up without feeling too full.
Dress Appropriately: Wear breathable, flexible clothing that allows you to move freely and handle heat comfortably.
Arrive Early: Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to familiarize yourself with our facilities, check in and have plenty of time to set up your space, meet our staff and center yourself to recharge and reset!
Bring Essentials: Though towels and mats are available for rent, bring your own water bottle and a small towel. If you prefer using your own yoga mat and towel, bring them along!
