Everything you need before your first class.
The best class depends on your goals. If you want a strong, energizing workout, try a Fire class. If you want fluid movement and breath-focused flow, try Water. If your body is craving something slower and more grounding, Earth may be the right fit. You can also use our Class Finder to help choose the best class for your goals and experience level.
Wear comfortable, quick-drying athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Most students practice barefoot, and anything from yoga pants to fitted athletic wear can work well for class.
Arrive well hydrated and avoid eating a large meal before class. Many students prefer a light snack a couple of hours beforehand. After class, water and electrolytes can help replenish what you sweat out during practice.
Bring a yoga mat, a towel for your mat, and a water bottle. If you do not have your own mat or towel, we have rentals available at the studio, along with retail items for purchase.
We encourage connection in our community spaces before and after class. Once you enter the studio, we ask that you keep the room quiet so students can settle into a calm, meditative environment.
To preserve the immersive and meditative experience, phones, cameras, and wearable devices should remain outside the studio during class. If you would like a photo with the cinematic screen, please ask your teacher after class.
